A letter from our president...
My name is Molly Thuente, and I am the President of Alpha Phi at the University of Northern Iowa. To tell you a little bit about myself, I am from Johnston, IA, I am a Communicative Disorders major/Spanish minor, I am involved with Dance Marathon and NHSSLHA, and I love the color turquoise (ask any of my sisters, I'm un-healthily obsessed). Since I joined Alpha Phi in the fall of 2012, I've learned to love the values and traditions in this chapter. It brings its’ members life-long friendships, challenges, tremendous leadership experience, and helps them learn a lot about themselves. We have a strong philanthropy dedicated to women’s heart health, fun programs to maintain and improve our sisterhood and academics, and much more, for all of the important aspects that go into our chapter. I can’t wait to see all of the things we learn and accomplish with this new year, and know we will do great things! This website has recently been remodeled by our talented Director of Advertising and Social Media, so be sure to check every thing out, and look for updates on chapter events! :)
